Timestrip® Descending TD403 is a single-use, irreversible freeze indicator designed to provide immediate visual evidence when a temperature-sensitive product is exposed below 0°C / 32°F.
Unlike ascending temperature indicators that monitor excessive heat, TD403 monitors the opposite side of the cold chain—helping identify products exposed to freezing conditions during storage or transportation.
The indicator is self-activating and continuously monitors temperature. If temperature drops below its specified threshold, the indicator permanently changes from green to red, providing an immediate visual indication of the breach.
Ideal for pharmaceuticals, vaccines, biologics, medical products, refrigerated shipments, food, chemicals, life sciences, and other freeze-sensitive products.
